Director
Conor Devine MRICS
Working in the property industry since 1999, Conor qualified in 2005 as a Chartered Surveyor and became a Director of a leading property Company in the same year.
Throughout the course of the last 15 years, he has been advising commercial property owners, occupiers, developers, PLC’s, government departments and financial institutions on all aspects of their real estate holdings.
Conor is one of the founding members of GDP partnership and determined to continue to assist people with their challenges, with straight, accurate and results driven advice.

James Gibbons LLB
James qualified as a Solicitor in 1990 having studied at the Queens University of Belfast.
He joined a property development group in 1991 engaged in construction, development, acquisition and the disposal of property. His legal expertise extends across all of these fields to include company and commercial law, banking and financing, property development, planning, site assembly and funding.
Having now established and moved into the role of Principal and Director of GDP, James is currently engaged by a number of listed development and construction companies providing corporate and strategic advice in the aforementioned fields.
James is solutions driven and has a very unique approach to solving problems and providing platforms for individuals and companies to prosper.
Associate Director
Brendan Rogan BSc
Brendan joined us as a Senior Relationship Executive in 2017 having previously worked for Aperture Debt Solutions LLP formally known as Grant Thornton LLP. Brendan was a team manager over multiple functionality departments specialising in personal insolvency matters.
Brendan began his career in financial services in 2008 and has considerable experience in personal insolvency and debt solutions. Brendan is also a Queen’s University Graduate where he obtained a BSc. Degree in Management with Information Systems.
As an Associate Director, Brendan now works closely and directly with our clients and financial institutions and is a key member of our team in terms of delivering workable solutions to all parties involved.
